I went to Bar Bers Q in Napa, CA the other night and I have to say that their Brown Butter Vin. on the Spinach Salad, with Pear and Goat Cheese, is awesome. I think it is one of my new favorite salads. I think it has some mint in with the goat cheese, that adds a subtle, but clean and refreshing taste that counter balances the nuttyness of the Brown Butter Vin. and Candied Pecans. If you have not had the chance to try it, you should go try it...along with their pulled pork sandwich.
Happy New Year to everyone! I am looking forwards to a great year. I am excited to launch the new BBQ trailer this spring and then start the BBQ season.
